Both Lost In Your Reflection & Into Tomorrow began a few months after the release of The Runaway Catholics album, by which time I had decided to call it a day with the group. That Spring and upcoming Summer of 2010 were to prove to be 2 of my favourite months of recording.

Lost In Your Reflection was recorded with Kent Eliuk (Autobodies) & Scott Boumeester (Wilderness Of Manitoba). Both Scott & my friend Jen Hickey assisted me with harmony vocals. Kent & Scott laboured hard on the song adding a myriad of light instrumental touches. Sean Lancaric anchored the song with Drums. It is my Expecting To Fly.

While working on Lost I started working on Into Tomorrow with Daniel Dell. He added nice touches of keys on the song to go along with my acoustic and vocals. I really like the sound he got on the song too. Initially these 2 songs were on the E.P The Autumn Waltz, but seeing as these 2 songs are a complete separate entity to those other songs I felt it fitting to have this as an A Side and B Side.
