'16 Bitter/Sweet Shannanigans is taken from the E.P Shadow's Beating Heart. It has been remastered to give it some oomph. I wrote this song, along with Shadow's and Pretty Good Disaster in 1 weekend in 2017. It was a devastating weekend emotionally as the full force of realization had hit that i'd lost someone incredibly important to me.

Sonically Jim and I tried to create a cathedral of sound with electric guitars. There was no direct song that was an influence, more so bands ala Ride, Slowdive and the Shoegazing scene. It was a lot of fun recording this song for that reason. I may play it live one day, but only with a full band.
