Haunted Days is taken from the E.P Shadow's Beating Heart. This song was written in the Winter of 2016. It was borne from great sorrow and desperation over someone. It was probably, emotionally, the hardest song I've ever written. Musically I feel it is the best work Jim and I have ever produced together.

Every song I've written, at some point during the creation, has a musical marker for influence. This song's influence was the Elliott Smith song Coast To Coast. I also made a video for it. My Vimeo site: vimeo.com/user3447455
